The graphics in this book are very fun, vibrant, and colorful I’m going to give it a four because I have mixed feelings on the fact that we never seem to make it through the whole book without her feeling bored. It is thorough enough for the curious upper elementary aged child, but not overwhelming. Great job Brian Berry. He wrote the classic A People's History of the United States, “a brilliant and moving history of the American people from the point of view of those whose plight has been largely omitted from most histories. However, there were some things I found were lacking. This funny joke book for kids is excellent for early and beginning readers. He is not a reader, but has always enjoyed this series.
